Airport Information
If the information we have been given about your flight is NOT correct, PLEASE TELL US IMMEDIATELY. WRONG INFORMATION, DATES and TIMES MAY MEAN TRANSPORT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU DO RETURN, THE MINI BUS Co., CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. If you have booked return transportation the information given will be used when making arrangements for collecting you when you return.
Return collection at the Airport
IF for ‘any reason’ you depart the Airport on your return WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST, The mini Bus Co., will NOT be liable for the costs incurred or any refund. Contact numbers are supplied below.
As our drivers and vehicles are interchangeable, it may not be the same driver or vehicle that will be used for your return journey. Please go to the collection point listed below and also shown to you by the driver on your departure and look for a vehicle marked with our company name.
If you are unable to locate our vehicle at the Airport, our drivers are equipped with mobile telephones, to contact the Driver please call 0131 665 2244 who will connect with a driver, outside office hours this number also diverts to our night shift drivers. If you are DELAYED for ANY reason AFTER landing please contact our driver in some way, by telephone (telephones in the baggage halls), or by sending a member of the party through arrivals or they may depart without you!
All collections at Airports may be subject to a delay to allow the collection of passengers from other flights, our policy is that the flights must be NO more than 40 minutes apart, and any delays waiting on arrivals will be AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE!
Collection times at Airports are based on the advertised (computer or Teletext), flight arrival times adding 40 minutes for collection of luggage, if flights arrive early or even a lengthy delay, there may possibly be a delay in our vehicle arriving, however we do our very best to have a vehicle at the collection point even in these circumstances.
Delays
If you are DELAYED for more than 1 hour (one) and your arrival is longer than 1 hour after scheduled time then please CALL us from a call box IN THE BUILDING, numbers supplied above, on the way to and BEFORE collecting your luggage to find out the situation regarding your collection.

NO Food or Alcohol is allowed on the vehicles, there is also a strict NO SMOKING policy.
Additional Terms Information
Payment
Deposits are required for all Mini Bus bookings of 20% of cost. Bookings will be held for 7 days unless otherwise informed at time of booking.
Full Payment MUST be made on OUTWARD JOURNEYS.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 20% is required IF cancelled, or LOSS of DEPOSIT.
The person booking the journey is totally responsible for the party members behaviour and will be held accountable for any damage or other problems caused.
Buses MUST be left in the same tidy CLEAN way in which they were on arrival for booking.
